I was in your shoes, slightly frazzled and overwhelmed and didn’t really no where to start. I did found a lot of free stuff on the internet of how to play the guitar, but I didn’t really progress as there was no real plan to what I was learning. I would learn a couple of chords, but not really variations. So I was getting the hang of a few elements of the guitar but not really knowing how to put tthem all together.

As I was hunting around the internet one night I did find a pretty cool site that in the end, headed me in the right direction. On the site these guys have bought and tested, many of the learn guitar programs and then picked the three programs they felt offered the best value for money, and of course quality. The programs that they have choosen are all a little different which is good as there is a little variety. It is a personal view on the learn guitar programs of course, but they do come across as striaght up guys.

In the end I did buy one of the learn guitar programs through the site, even though i was a little skeptical at first, but I am actually been very happy with it. I’m really starting to put the chords hat I have learnt together now, so sounding like I know what I’m doing. Very satisfying I must admit. Being crap at play the guitar two weeks ago, and now rocking, well getting there anywhere.
